Repayd (part of the Trust My Group) is committed to conducting its business ethically and responsibly. We recognise that modern slavery and human trafficking are serious violations of human rights and we support efforts to eliminate these practices from global business operations and supply chains.
Although we are not required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we support the objectives of the legislation and take reasonable steps to ensure that modern slavery does not take place within our business or in connection with the services we provide.
We seek to:
• conduct our business with integrity and in accordance with applicable laws.
• work with reputable suppliers and partners who operate responsible employment practices.
• avoid knowingly engaging with organisations involved in forced labour, human trafficking, or other forms of exploitation.
• address any concerns raised in relation to modern slavery appropriately and promptly.
This policy applies to all persons working for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners.
As a travel industry business, Repayd works with a wide range of third party travel providers and intermediaries. These may include:
• airlines and aviation service providers.
• hotels and accommodation providers.
• ground transport providers, including transfer services and rail operators.
• destination management companies and tour operators.
• travel technology providers and booking platforms.
• other operational, professional or administrative service providers.
We recognise that labour practices can vary across jurisdictions and sectors, particularly within global travel and hospitality supply chains. While Repayd does not control the employment practices of these independent providers, we seek to work with reputable organisations and expect our partners to comply with applicable labour and anti slavery laws.
Where appropriate and proportionate, we may:
• consider ethical and compliance standards when selecting suppliers
• engage with suppliers that have their own modern slavery or responsible sourcing policies
• raise concerns with suppliers if potential labour exploitation risks are identified
If we become aware of credible concerns relating to modern slavery within a supplier relationship connected to our services, we will consider appropriate steps, which may include further enquiry, engagement with the supplier, or reviewing the commercial relationship.
We may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this statement.
This statement is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains appropriate for our business and operations.
